The salary range for this position is $50-55/hour.

POSITION SUMMARY

This manager role involves managing all aspect of project management related to product changes on multiple brands at Kendo.

This individual is responsible for managing assigned projects and supporting Director in leading project teams and ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of product change initiatives.

This person is responsible for supporting all change management project plans while considering the business objective, supporting the team in executing all project launch timelines, and assisting in overseeing the associated product change management scope.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of aspects of supply chain operations, knowledge of business financials, and be able to communicate clearly on project status.

A successful person in this position should have a good balance in meeting the needs of cross-functional stakeholders while having a holistic view of business objectives and change management principles.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
