What You'll Do:


* Prepare delicious, well-balanced meals for our residents following set menus and special diets


* Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized in compliance with health standards


* Ensure food presentation is inviting and appealing


* Record temperatures and follow proper food safety procedures


* Work harmoniously with the care team and support dietary staff


* Step in with supervision duties when needed

What We're Looking For:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* At least 1 year of experience cooking in a healthcare, long-term care, or similar environment


* ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)


* Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines


* Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills


* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and perform typical kitchen duties
