Hanford Post Acute is seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time RN Supervisor to join our dedicated clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about leadership, resident care, and making a difference in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations during assigned shifts


* Ensure quality care is provided in accordance with resident care plans and regulatory standards


* Support and mentor LVNs, CNAs, and other team members


* Respond to emergencies and manage clinical issues as they arise


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Participate in audits, documentation reviews, and quality assurance processes


* Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing policies

Qualifications:


* Active California RN license in good standing (required)


* Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)


* Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills


* Ability to work part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed


* Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
