Chef De Partie - InterContinental Abu Dhabi

We are now on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to elevate our culinary offering and help us create unforgettable seaside dining moments.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:


* Take full ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation


* Prepare and plate dishes in line with the restaurant’s signature style and guest expectations


* Maintain consistency and quality during high-volume service periods


* Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines


* Support and mentor Commis and Demi Chefs in your team


* Contribute innovative ideas to seasonal menus and beach-themed specials


* Coordinate closely with Sous Chefs and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations

 What we need from you:


* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-end or beachside restaurant


* Strong knowledge of international, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine


* Passion for cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients


* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure


* Flexibility with shifts, weekends, and public holidays


* Culinary qualification or diploma preferred


* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to grow in your culinary career
