ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager who will play a pivotal role in our plant's core leadership team, responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing legendary Customer service to our clients for our state-of-the-art Corrugated Sheet and Box facility.

Key Responsibilities: "On-Site"


* Supervises a team of  Customer Service Representatives and the daily operations of the area.


* Communicates pricing, product information, shipping dates, and other appropriate order information to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.


* Collects information and creates reports as required.


* Addresses escalated and more complex level issues with customers.


* Communicates goals and objectives, applies company policy, staffs, trains, coaches, recommends salary increases, administers discipline, ensures positive employee relations, and reviews the performance of colleagues.


* May oversee or interface with scheduling, shipping/receiving, or other departments


* May prepare quotation packets and price lists.


* Hires and trains new Customer Service Coordinators.


* Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service operations and makes recommendations to the appropriate staff.


* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience


* Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills


* Good supervision, problem-solving, and planning skills. 


* Advanced knowledge of the products.


* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills-- verbal, written and presentation. 


* Must be able to work as part of a team and motivate others. 


* Fundamental understanding of computer operations and software. 


* Solid product line knowledge.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $78,100.00 - $133,100.00.
