Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, GSM, Launch Strategy and Excellence to support our J&J Vision business.  This position can be located in Jacksonville, FL or Irvine, CA.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, GSM, Launch Strategy and Excellence will be a part of the J&J MedTech Vision Global Strategic Marketing Team and will have responsibility for supporting the commercial launch excellence strategy, project management of critical commercial launch-related processes, globally led commercial initiatives and advancing ways of working to accelerate strategy execution and cross-functional/regional engagement.

+ Support the Director of Launch Strategy & Excellence in development & execution of strategic plans for successful product launches, ensuring efficient, effective and consistent processes.
+ Understand stakeholder and customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform and optimize product launches.
+ Create structure and advance governance of new product launch timing and cadence, pipeline prioritization, launch excellence (including commercialization plans and limited market release/post-launch metrics), ongoing portfolio management (including pricing, life cycle management), and integrated resource planning.
