US Industrial Sales Enablement Specialist

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Key Responsibilities include:


* Program Management - Manage Ai lead generation bot pipeline and follow up, specifically ensuring the lead qualification process for NSF Industrial sellers is fully vetted, developed, and handed off


* Monitor and report on health of Ai bot programs for NSF Industrial


* Act as a success manager for channel partners who are utilizing co-branded Ai bots


* Partnership - working with stakeholders such as the Industrial Marketing team and offer management to continuously innovate and test new activations to help drive growth for the business


* Support and Tools Management - Have ownership of the NSF Industrial SharePoint site and other sales enablement tools that streamline or automate sales processes


* Identifying Sales Needs - work with key stakeholders to identify areas where programs, promotions, collateral, or tools may improve the sales process


* Resource Creation: Create sales materials and resources, including presentations, sales scripts, and proposal templates


* Special Projects - work with multiple stakeholders to develop, launch, and track success of sales programs and tools

Qualifications


* 5-7 years of sales, marketing, or communications experience preferred but not required


* Proven experience in developing programs, training, and tools


* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines


* Highly organized with strong project management skills


* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build bridges quickly across complex organizations
