We are looking for a Director, Global Commercial Programs based in Brussels, Belgium or Maastricht, the Netherlands.

The key purpose of this role is to plan, manage and execute the global deployment of STELLAR and other strategic commercial/cross functional programs.

STELLAR will replace all Express Global Sales Solutions with a state-of-the-art CRM platform Microsoft Dynamics 365, while leveraging digital opportunities and transforming our sales processes in line with the new way of selling (SLNB).

 

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?



* Create overall Global Rollout Planning and execution, coordinating and aligning with all teams (BIT, ITS, Regions, etc.)


* Organize deployment activities, structure and staffing in accordance with the Rollout objectives


* Design and maintain Deployment toolkit based on input from all workstreams (Change, Training, Communication, Sales BI, Data Transformation, Pricing, IT, Capabilites etc.)


* Guide and direct country/Regional team to analyse readiness based on deployment toolkit


* Define and continuously improve approach to onboard Regional/Country deployment Teams so they can independently start deploying to their respective Region / country


* Coordinate the deployment with regional and country sales teams and other key stakeholders (BIT, ITS, Suppliers, etc.)


* Organize and lead discovery sessions for complex country deployments together with regional team


* Jointly lead complex countries deployment together with regional team


* Lead the deployment roadmap planning in alignment with stakeholders


* Direct Regions and countries in tracking benefits of STELLAR post deployment


* Act as a bridge between global team and country / region teams for deployment activities


* Coordinate and work closely with MSD365 Center of Excellence on roadmap planning, preparation, RTP and hypercare activities


* Monitor and report on deployment progress (incl.

risks, exceptions, readiness, etc.)


* Resolve escalated issues, analyze and manage Deployment risks.
 

 

Do you have what it takes?



* Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Commercial or Computer Science, or other related field.
