What to expect:

Assist the Director of Nursing in the management and operation of the nursing department.

Perform Director of Staff Development/Infection Preventionist duties.

Direct and manage all educational functions within the facility including in-service education and hands-on practical observation and training.

Follow Infection and Control policies and procedures.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred

Infection Prevention Certification Preferred

At least one year experience as a RN

Previous Nurse Management or Director of Staff Development experience preferred

Current CPR Certification

Rate: $45-$50/hour
