Westchester Execution Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Objective:

Drive Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation across the Westchester division, partnering with business and technology leads to continuously deliver solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.

Execution Lead Core Responsibilities:


* Conduct business process discovery and workflow assessment reviews.


* Execute strategic process improvement and technical solutions/system implementations.


* Manage assigned projects from discovery through execution.


* Provide change management recommendations to streamline, redesign and/or optimize processes, daily operations, procedures, and systems.


* Coordinate meetings and facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to review business needs and develop requirements.


* Partner with Westchester IT and Chubb IT to design and document solutions to address business users' needs in alignment with Westchester strategic priorities.


* Prioritize and allocate tasks; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project targets and milestones.


* Communicate project status, accomplishments, issues, and risks to project stakeholders on a regular basis.


* Provide additional project support as needed, including: documenting workflows, collecting resources/reference files and assisting with testing.
