Asset Manager

Looking for an Asset Manager in our OK Wastewater plants.

CMRP or CRL certification preferred.

The Asset Manager is primarily responsible for management of the infrastructure fixed assets of the Wastewater Treatment plants and associated facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Manages inventory of all client owned assets & assists with equipment life-cycle analysis.


* Manages integration of new assets into existing maintenance and operations work practices which includes identification of employee training needs, inventory requirements and adding assets to existing processes and systems.


* Reviews asset Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and is responsible for creating site specific task instructions required to maintain assets.


* Identifies preventative maintenance tasks related to new assets and coordinates with the maintenance department on integrating required work orders into the computerized maintenance management program (CMMS).


* Oversees retirement of assets including evaluation of impact to inventory and CMMS.


* Coordinates with the local management team on engineering design document review all construction activities of the capital improvement program (CIP).


* Responsible for facilitating construction meetings between plant operations, maintenance, constructors, engineers and equipment manufacturers.


* Evaluates asset conditions and advises management

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or 10+ years' experience related to industrial plant or water/wastewater treatment plant maintenance, at least 5 years working directly as an Asset Manager within the water/wastewater fields and at least 2 years of construction project management.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

Asset management certification through a recognized certifying organization such as IAM (Institute of Asset Management), CMRP (Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional and/or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader through the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals).

Technical: Knowledge of water/wastewater facilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & networks.

Knowledge of work order management and computerized maintenance management systems.
