* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.


* 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* 10 years' Experience in supply chain management


* Master's Degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field


* Strong knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ITAR compliance) is highly preferred.


* Proven experience managing supplier relationships and complex procurement processes.


* Proficient in ERP and supply chain management software.

Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.


* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.


* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and process improvement.


* Thorough understanding of ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems and Nadcap special processes.


* Certificates with APICS are highly desirable.


* Excellent PC skills (proficient in Microsoft Office).


* Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (written, verbal and non- verbal), ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
