Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic rehab team.

What You'll Do:


* Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents reach their highest level of function


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals


* Document services accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines


* Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques

What We're Looking For:


* Valid California SLP license or eligibility


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required


* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills


* Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to resident-centered care
