NA Corporate and Private Side Sales - Municipal Energy Prepay Structures - Vice President

Opportunity to join the North America Corporate and Private Side commodities team and focus on Municipal Energy Prepayments in natural gas and power.

As an individual in North America Corporate and Private Side commodities sales, you will carry out the daily functions in structuring and originating Municipal Energy Prepayment Transactions.

Job responsibilities:


* Commodity Sales touchpoint for Municipal Energy Prepayments including "first call" in the sector


* Formulate and drive the marketing and growth strategy to strengthen and expand the firm's presence within the Municipal Energy Prepayment space


* Provide best-in-class commodities coverage to clients that are or could be active participants within the Municipal Energy Prepayment space

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* Experience and deep product knowledge in structuring and executing Energy Municipal Prepays, including a high technical understanding of deal mechanics


* Deep Analytical skills and proven track record of ability to execute these transactions with skill and urgency


* Fluent in the required legal documentation, modeling, and negotiation process associated with all aspects of the transactions


* Established senior relationships with the Municipal Utility community including the key players/stakeholders that are active within the space


* Knowledge of the North American physical and financial natural gas and power markets


* Strong team player that works well under pressure and to tight deadlines - partners well with colleagues and works with a diverse group of stakeholders through the various stages of the process to bring deals to execution


* Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate the complex concepts of the deal into simple terms and actionable steps


* Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation skills


* Good PowerPoint and Excel knowledge


* Excellent time management skills
