Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is seeking a skilled and self-directed Senior Technical Analyst for Operations Quality Control.
Are you passionate about operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in the energy sector? We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for Operations Quality Control to join our dynamic team.
This is a critical role focused on ensuring the integrity and reliability of our operations by evaluating, developing, and enhancing internal controls that meet regulatory and quality standards.
This position will play a key role in supporting compliance with NERC Reliability Standards, SPP OATT, NAESB Business Practices, and internal policies.
You will collaborate across multiple departments—including Compliance, Operations Engineering, and Operations leadership—as well as with external stakeholders, to proactively manage risk, drive audit readiness, and deliver insights that improve performance and efficiency.

* Conduct technical reviews of operational processes and controls to ensure compliance and quality.
