Executive Protection Coordinator

Job Summary

The Executive Protection Coordinator role is responsible for providing critical operational and administrative support to the Executive Protection Team and directly supporting members executive leadership team.

This position serves as a central point of contact for coordinating logistics, tracking executive travel, managing data systems, and facilitating communication across multiple stakeholders.

The role demands discretion, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage confidential information in a high-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail- and solution-oriented, experienced in executive-level administrative support, and adept at handling multiple priorities in a secure and confidential setting.
Essential Functions

- Coordinate and support executive protection logistics, including travel tracking, calendar management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Serve as liaison between Executive Assistants and the Executive Protection Team

- Track and coordinate ground transportation and executive protection agent assignments.

- Prepare and send travel briefs, agent dispatch confirmations, and situational reports to stakeholders.

- Assist in daily preparation of the Executive Protection Report and monitor approvals for extended support services for non-Operating Council travelers.

- Coordinate event-based security services, including risk assessments, scheduling of agents and drivers, and reservations (vehicles, hotels, flights).

- Generate PowerPoint presentations, operational plans, risk assessments, and executive summaries for high-level meetings and QBRs.

- Manage sensitive administrative functions including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping related to performance metrics, compliance, and third-party oversight.

- Promote consistent, responsive support and high-quality service delivery on behalf of Crisis24 to the client.
Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience:
-3-5+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within corporate security, executive protection, law enforcement, or intelligence support.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Must hold a valid BSIS Guard Card (California requirement).
- Must be able to obtain and retain a valid U.S.

Passport.

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience supporting QBRs, leadership briefings, and performance reporting.
- Proven discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
