Your Role: Operator, Fill/Finish

Formulation operator is responsible for Formulation (Bulk manufacturing) of injectable and oral liquid.

Your Responsibilities:


* Formulation (Bulk manufacturing) according to the manufacturing instruction.

(조제 지시에 따른 조제)


* Sterilization of filtration filter, transfer line and filtration.

(여과 필터, 이송라인 멸균 및 여과)


* Filter integrity test.

(필터 무결성 검사)


* Perform line clearances.

(라인 클리어런스 수행)


* Recording the manufactured bulk process.

(제조 기록)


* Operate formulation vessels with water for injection, purified water, plant steam and pure steam.

(유틸리티를 이용한 조제 베셀 운전)


* Take bulk sample for bio burden testing and semi-finished goods for QC testing & Attach released label onto finished goods before transfer to warehouse in SCM.

(바이오버든 시험을 위한 샘플링, 반제품 샘플링 및 SCM 보관소로 이동을 위한 출하 라벨 부착)


* Equipment cleaning and decontamination such as vessels, filter housing, formulation tools and transfer line.

(장비 세척 및 오염 제거)


* Ensure housekeeping and safety in formulation (Bulk manufacturing) area.

(작업장 청소 및 정리 정돈)


* Support troubleshooting of process deviations in cooperation with line supervisor.

(공정 일탈 조치 지원)


* Document and communicates work results.

(문서화 작업 및 커뮤니케이션)


* Visual inspection (Inspect and remove defective products via semi-automatic or manual) (육안검사(반자동 또는 수동으로 결함 있는 제품 검사 및 제거))
