Job Overview: ( SNF experience preferred)


* As the Admissions Coordinator, your primary role will be to efficiently and timely admit residents in accordance with established policies and procedures


* Interview residents, guardians, and sponsors to obtain required admission information and signatures


* Prepare identification records for residents according to established policies and procedures


* Maintain an accurate record of available beds


* Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in adherence to established policies and procedures


* Provide residents with admission information packets, including resident rights, notice of privacy practices, and admissions contract
