As our UX expert, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and use your knowledge of UX best practices to optimize customer journeys and drive impactful improvements across platforms.

Primary Purpose
Ensure the quality and consistency of the customer experience across molex.com.
What You Will Do
* Proactively identify customer pain points, gaps, and opportunities across our digital platforms.
* Use data / analytics and research to uncover user needs and validate design decisions.
* Advocate for ongoing improvements using industry analysis, customer feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
* Collaborate with UI designers, development teams, Strategic Marketing, SMEs, and stakeholders to develop requirements and execute on deliverables.
* Present research findings and respectfully challenge decisions based on data instead of personal preference.
* Outline detailed workflows for key tasks (e.g., registration, sample ordering, product search) across multiple touchpoints like webpages, forms, and emails.
* Ensure consistency in labeling, titles, calls-to-action, menus, design styles, across desktop, mobile, and various language sites.
* Adhere to and promote our editorial and brand standards across all journeys.
* Communicate design needs through documentation, user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups.
* Act as "quality control" for the customer experience and perform end-to-end testing to ensure correct implementation by the development team.
* Stay updated on emerging UX trends and best practices.
* Benchmark digital experiences across our relevant industries
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Detail-oriented.
You can see the big picture but also the small details.
* Over 2 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role, with a project portfolio.
* Knowledgeable of user-centered design principles and usability best practices (including WCAG standards compliance).
* Utilize critical and analytical thinking for problem-solving.
* Experienced in conducting user research and interpreting analytics, presenting data, and using it to enhance experiences.
