Regional Maintenance Technician - Orlando Market

Serving Brookdale Communities Across Orlando, Ocala & Tampa

Brookdale is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Technician to support 16 of our senior living communities across the Orlando, Ocala, and Tampa markets.

This is a multi-site leadership role ideal for a hands-on technician with strong supervisory experience in building maintenance, facility operations, and regulatory compliance.

Location Requirement:

Candidate must reside in the Orlando market and be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

What You'll Do:
• Provide on-site support and guidance to community maintenance teams
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of maintenance associates
• Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Support communities during emergencies and urgent repair needs
• Collaborate with executive directors to prioritize capital improvements and preventative maintenance
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance using Brookdale systems, including TELS

What We're Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience overseeing maintenance operations at multiple locations
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently within multiple platforms and systems
• Proficiency with TELS and other maintenance/compliance tracking systems
• Broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and general building systems
• Ability to assess issues quickly and implement effective, cost-conscious solutions
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
