Regional Director of Sales

Regional Sales Director for 12 Brookdale Senior Living commuities in San Antonio.

You will lead community leaders and sales managers to grow occupancy for assisted living and memory care support.

With your regional operations and clinical partners you will build strong understanding among the sales team of Brookdale's offerings including HealthPlus, Clare Bridge Memory Support and Engagement Plus.

Prior multi-site sales experience in senior living and a proven track record of identifying and coaching sales professionals, building census and revenue results is required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
