Business Development Director

Brookdale is Hiring a Business Development Director/Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to partner closely with 2 communities in our Illinois District - Brookdale Vernon Hills and Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes!

This individual will focus on external marketing and establishing partnerships throughout the district.

They will also work closer with our Sr.

District Director of Sales and Marketing - working on special projects and trainings as assigned.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunites.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.

A minimum of five years sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is required.
