What you will do

The Ecommerce Key account manager is responsible for developing the eCommerce sales and capabilities model for all the channels in Romania :ePharmacies, Pure Players and Click and Collect.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify and maximize opportunities, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share online.

This role is key to set up a strong profitable ecommerce business that will contribute to the Omnichannel strategy establishing Kenvue as a top partner for Health & Beauty categories.

This role will report directly to the Country manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce clients, including major retailers, epharmacies, distributors, and online marketplaces.

• Responsible for the eCommerce P&L, develop and execute strategic account plans, including business objectives, sales growth, and profit target.

• Negotiate the Annual Joint Business Plan for your priority retailers with the support of the sales & cross functional teams.

• Work closely with the 2 eCommerce champions and the wider cross-functional teams, including Sales,Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Regional Teams, Marketing Teams, Legal, Customers and External Agencies, to ensure a seamless execution of account plans.

• Deliver best in class execution of the digital shelf focusing on availability, content, placement, share of search and rating and review for our Spike Brands across priority retailers.

• Build capability, and help upskill internal end-to-end functions on e-commerce customer requirements, differences and innovative solutions (e.g.

marketing, operational or financial)

• Be the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, Cluster and Leadership team on all ecommerce related topics and provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
