The Commercial Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reporting


* Daily, weekly and monthly tracking and reporting of historical and current volumes, gathering revenues, and processing margins.


* Support all aspects of the business.


* Profit margin review including the ability to drill down on every cost and revenue to determine the source detail.


* Coordinate and prepare weekly, monthly and long term volume forecasts and operating revenue estimates.


* Update economic models to include the latest pricing and volume data.


* Calculate processing plant residue gas available for sale and coordinate with scheduling and gas marketing several times per week.


* Manage Shipper NGL nominations each month and balance as needed.

Budget & Forecasting


* Prepare annual budgets coordinating input from commercial, operations and engineering.


* Prepare annual budget presentations.


* Prepare weekly, monthly and long term volume and operating revenue estimates.


* Coordinate and model weekly, monthly and long term operating revenue estimates and report changes in expectations.

Analysis


* Analyze and prepare monthly financial data for management.


* Monitor and track financial performance, perform detailed variance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.


* Prepare economic analysis for gathering projects (line loop, lower pressure, new well connect) based on cost and revenue to justify the projects.
