Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

The employee supports EQ-SQ Site point of contact (SPOC) activities for the Wilson, NC Bio-NC Site and will act as first point of contact for assigned Business unit, including but not limited to managing supplier related investigations, coordinating supplier connections, delivering supplier related QSMR information, Supplier Segmentation activities, support of Supplier related improvement initiatives and management of ad hoc Supplier related queries at the site.

The employee is responsible for supplier account management for various Criticality level suppliers including management of New Supplier Qualification and existing supplier monitoring requirements.


* SPOC support - Ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained at suppliers through management, and oversight on Quality Operations functions for external business partners.


* Account owner - Quality oversight responsibility of the assigned Supplier, part of JSC Portfolio.


* Project management - Lead and participate in strategic and optimization initiatives to improve EQ-SQ management processes.


* Global Quality Relationship Manager (GQRM)as needed - Act as GQRM for the assigned related Suppliers providing a single aligned voice for supplier quality performance within J&J enterprise network.


* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
