Purpose:
This individual will be part of the Technical Operations group, supporting the Enabling Technologies platform.

This platform is responsible for robotics, powered handpieces, and other hardware and software technologies enabling our businesses in Joint Reconstruction, Spine, and Trauma. 
The Electrical Engineer will provide support for the development and production of robotics and electromechanical devices.

This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing electrical systems, and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining high product quality standards. 

You will be responsible for:
•    Engaging with the R&D team in the development of sophisticated electrical and electronic designs including design-for-manufacture/assembly/test/service/cost activities
•    Interacting with external supplier and manufacturers of electronic and electromechanical devices and components
•    Provide day-to-day electrical engineering support for the production of robotic and electromechanical devices.
•    Collaborate with production teams to resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
•    Analyze electrical production processes and systems to find opportunities for improvement.
•    Develop and implement solutions to enhance production efficiency, reliability, and safety.
•    Ensure that all electrical components and systems meet quality assurance standards and align with safety regulations.
