We are searching for the best talent for a Supply Chain Project Planner to be based in Diegem, Belgium

Are you passionate about driving impactful change across global supply chains? In this role, you’ll play a key part in planning and performing supply chain activities for a variety of strategic projects from new product launches to network optimization and lifecycle management.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless transitions and successful project outcomes!

This is a full-time permanent position that will formally begin with a 12-month initial agreement.

Full proficiency in English required - any additional language is a plus.

You will be responsible for:


* Leading the planning and execution of supply chain transitions for approved projects, ensuring smooth movement from current to future states.


* Collaborating closely with supply planning, production, purchasing, and external operations teams to align capacity and scheduling.


* Partnering with regulatory, quality, master data, and global planning teams to ensure alignment and readiness for upcoming changes.


* Supporting scenario planning and risk mitigation to ensure supply chain resilience and timely project delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements:


* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Logistics, or Engineering.


* Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, or finance preferably in a multinational environment.


* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complexity and prioritize tasks optimally.


* Proficiency in Excel and ERP/APS planning tools; knowledge of LEAN or Process Excellence is a plus.
