Job Opportunity: Senior Quality Enginee

Job Purpose: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Quality Engineer in Post Market Customer Complaints, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving perfection! You'll lead root cause investigations, ensuring outstanding Quality Engineering practices while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement through innovative data-driven strategies to improve our customers experience.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead the Charge: Support sophisticated product teams in crafting robust quality improvements, improve systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


* Champion Quality Standards: Utilize your expertise in GMP, EES, and ISO to elevate and resolve product and process complaints swiftly.


* Drive Performance: Report on complaint performance, improvement projects,  lead metrics, facilitating management reviews that influence positive change.


* Audit Authority: Oversee comprehensive audits to guarantee adherence to excellence standards, ensuring our processes remain best-in-class.


* Innovate & Present: Develop measurement systems that monitor quality and reliability, presenting your findings to management and making data-driven recommendations.


* Problem Solver: Address complex technical challenges in manufacturing processes, helping to improve customer experiences.


* Be a Change Leader: Orchestrate upgrades to the Quality System while supporting QA programs to ensure strict regulatory compliance.


* Encourage Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives that foster cost-saving and technical enhancements within our continuous improvement program.


* Collaborate & Innovate: Engage in exciting cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployment of projects and track improves post deployment, and report to management and regions, while practicing exceptional teamwork.
