Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech (JJMT) Source Finance Organization is recruiting for a Lead Financial Analyst.

The preferred location of this role is Jacksonville, FL, but consideration will be granted to other J&J sites in New Brunswick, NJ; Bridgewater, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; Horsham, PA; West Chester, PA; or Tampa, Florida.

The position will report to the MedTech Source Global Finance Manager.

The MedTech Supply Chain Source team is an organization with global impact, supporting MedTech Third Party Manufacturing and Procurement organizations to deliver high quality, reliable, and cost competitive products.

This particular position on the Source Finance team focuses on our Vision Business Unit and will support Vision’s Direct Procurement metrics and KPIs.

This role will lead close and reporting responsibilities and will require strong leadership and framing skills.

The candidate will work with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of results, risks, and opportunities.

The role will also offer an opportunity to contribute significantly to the standardization of activities, the improvement of processes, and the delivery of project cost savings.
