Requirements:

IA RDA License - Okay to consider applicants from other states if actively trying to obtain Iowa RDA, it is needed to use N20 Expanded Function until further notice from IDB

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30AM-4:30PM, Some Fridays if doctor adds patients
