General Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our team in an in-office capacity.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in insurance claims management and reporting, particularly within General Liability, Professional Liability, and Employment Practices Liability.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining accurate claims data, facilitating effective communication with external partners, and providing insightful analysis of insurance spend.
Essential Duties
* Manage and oversee all aspects of General Liability (GL), Professional Liability (PL), and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance reporting and tracking.
* Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date claims databases and ensure meticulous organization of all claim correspondence.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with insurance carriers and brokers to ensure all claims information is current and accurate.
* Prepare and analyze detailed claims reports, providing critical analysis of insurance spend to identify trends and areas for optimization.
* Utilize extensive Excel and spreadsheet expertise for data entry, analysis, and report generation.
