Schedule will be the same each week.
Hours will fall between Monday- Friday, business hours.

We are seeking an Optometrist to:
* Join the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences to provide quality care as an independent health care provider while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including general and specialty ophthalmologists.
* Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
* Plan and create learning opportunities for technical staff and residents.
* Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention and treatment plans.
* This position will be 50% focused on seeing Neuro patients.
Qualifications
* Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited Optometry School Required
* Completion of a one-year residency in post-optometry school study in Neuro-Optometry Preferred
Work Experience
* 3 years post graduate clinical experience OR completion of a residency program Required
* 7 years of relevant clinical experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* State of Wisconsin Optometry Licensure Upon Hire Required
* CPR certification Upon Hire Required
