Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Procedural
Work Schedule :
100% FTE, Monday to Friday, four days per week, 10-hour shifts (0700 - 1700).
Rotating procedural and clinic schedule with a potential need for future 1:6 weekend rotation with two call shifts per week every six weeks.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and outpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Procedural to:
* Be an active member of the cross-functional team, by providing comprehensive care to both well and ill adult patients in inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings at University Hospital and UnityPoint Health - Meriter.
* Manage pre and post procedure patients: cardiac ablations, device-based procedures, extractions, cardioversions, and implantable loop recorders, as well as inpatient consults.
* First assist with pacemaker device placements, generator replacements, ablation procedures, lead extractions, and lead revisions.
Independently perform cardioversions, loop recorder implantations, and loop explants.
* Perform independent clinic visits (local and regional) for electrophysiology patients.

Education :
Minimum -
* Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Masters from Accredited PA program
If Physician Assistant:
• Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND
• Active PA board certification
Physician Assistant must have:
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
