Operations Manager

What you will do to contribute to the company's success


* Lead the development and delivery of dashboards and reports focused on sales funnel health, call center performance, closed sales, and revenue attribution.


* Conduct 30-60-90 day funnel reviews with Sales Leadership to identify trends, risks, and sales performance opportunities.


* Build and manage a reporting intake process to prioritize and execute cross-functional reporting requests.


* Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and implement data-driven strategies that improve conversions and sales productivity.


* Maintain data accuracy across platforms, including current billing systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).


* Partner across Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align reporting, performance insights, and operational priorities.


* Support and scale sales gap closure modeling and campaign-level impact tracking.


* Drive visibility into "at-risk" revenue opportunities and establish proactive tracking of ticketing and closed sales disputes.


* Provide performance readouts and insights to leadership that influence strategic planning and resource alignment.


* Help shape the future-state reporting infrastructure, including integrated visibility into tickets, chats, and sales trends across channels and systems.

Qualifications


* 5+ years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or business analytics roles-preferably in a call center or telecommunications environment.


* Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and working with complex billing or operational systems.


* Strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics, forecasting, and campaign performance measurement.


* Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Finance teams.


* Experience managing multiple complex data sources and resolving data integrity issues across systems.


* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present insights to all levels of the organization.


* Project management experience in go-to-market planning, reporting enhancement, or operational process development is a plus.


* Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or data analytics tools are a plus.
