What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and screen patients with cognitive or ADL physical functioning challenges


* Create personalized, evidence-based care plans that meet clinical and regulatory standards


* Deliver rehabilitative treatments, adjusting plans based on patient progress


* Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to provide holistic support


* Maintain clear, professional documentation to ensure quality care

What You Bring:


* Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license (or license-eligible)


* Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Open to all experience levels-new grads welcome!
