We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Site Planning Manager! This hybrid position will be located in Wilson, NC.

J&J is expanding our manufacturing capacity with $2 billion investment to support strong portfolio growth and continue delivering breakthrough innovation and transformational medicines for patients.

The new facility will expand production of innovative biologic medicines in areas including oncology, immunology, and neuroscience.

 J&J’s significant supply chain investment ensures a resilient and reliable future supply of medicines to meet accelerating demand for our current portfolio of medicines and our future innovations. 

As the Senior Manager, you will be leading and cultivating high-performing teams that focused on both personal and interpersonal development.

In addition to developing a core planning team, you are responsibility for coordinating & driving planning activities integral to manufacturing at our new innovative biotechnology facility, which includes a diverse portfolio of innovative products.

You will support and champion site and global planning daily performance management processes and maximize a continuous improvement mindset to improve and refine global and site planning related processes and systems.

Guarantee that the production lines have the right quantity of components available exactly when needed, optimizing efficiency and reducing downtime.
