We are searching for the best talent for a Scientist I, Data Science Automation to be located in Malvern, PA.

Purpose:

The Biologics Analytical Development (AD) group is seeking an experienced Scientist to support data integration with Laboratory Automation across the global analytical network.

You will be responsible for:


* assisting in the implementation of data automation strategies that facilitate end-to-end hands-free analytical testing.


* working with scientists and automation teams, deliver end-to-end automation workflows for analytical assays across multiple labs.


* supporting governance and partnership with scientists and IT to manage and implement Analytical Master Data Systems


* collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate data automation solutions with existing data management systems while ensuring seamless data flow to increase laboratory efficiency and reduce testing time, data variability, and waste.


* supporting deployment and lifecycle management of automation tools and digital assets within a validated environment.


* ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility in compliance with regulatory requirements including GMP, CFR Part 11 Compliance, SDLC and DI.


* collaborating closely with Robotic Automation teams, IT, Supply chain and method development organizations to assist in implementation of data automation across the network.


* contributing to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement of digital testing workflows across global sites.


* working within a large, diverse team with the ability to pivot as business needs change
