The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for an organised and confident Education Solutions Coordinator to join our Orthopaedics Professional Education Team in Sydney.

This fantastic opportunity will require you to provide support to the team to assist in the delivery and management of all educational programs in Australia.

Responsibilities



* Provide support for all AU managed professional education courses held at various sites within AU.

End to end liaison with all internal and external stakeholders including all healthcare compliance agreements. 


* Maintain all relevant key data bases used by the business for tracking purposes.

This may include the company event calendar, sample tracking file for JNJ MedTech Orthopaedics, event registration schedule.

Once the company moves to TVA ensuring the data bases used within the system are up to date.


* Organise travel arrangements for HCP’s to JJM events.

Managing this process in a compliant and Credo manner.

Working with the Education manager to keep within the financial requirements of the business unit.

Mange the course documentation for each HCP attending an event.  


* Liaise with the education manager and key stakeholder on HCP attendance at events.

Confirm with EM & other stakeholders the segmentation requirements and skill level of the HCP for attendance at the event are met and captured.


* Work with the education manager on the maintenance of the Education solutions for the internal teams on digital formats.

About You



* Preferred area of study: Project Management, Events or Digital.


* Exceptional business partnering and communication skills required.


* Ability to work on Microsoft tools including Excel.


* Strong project management and prioritisation skills, along with a high attention to detail
