Job Summary:

The Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, Technical Services will lead and supervise a dedicated team of engineers, maintenance supervisors and technicians, calibration specialists, and metrology professionals, managing all aspects of manufacturing facilities, calibration, and engineering projects within the manufacturing environment.

This role is integral to ensuring operational excellence and the efficient functioning of technical services within the organization.

* Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor engineers, supervisors and technicians in maintenance, calibration, and metrology, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.

Capable of leading a team across departmental borders to promote collaboration and innovative solutions.
