Job Description:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead is responsible for coordinating, operating, managing, and governing a suite of security tools in a global environment.
This role enables the business community to achieve its goals and objectives while ensuring that appropriate security controls are in place and that the tools comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
The IAM Lead will collaborate as part of a team dedicated to the operational administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our global IAM infrastructure.
The primary focus of this role is to drive overall efficiency within the operations organization and assist in meeting the organization's objectives.
While the emphasis will be on IAM technologies, the candidate will also support other technology professionals in enhancing various areas within the security organization.
The ideal candidate for this leadership position will possess a broad range of IT and security skills, especially in Identity and Access Management.
Comfort in fast-paced environments, a genuine interest in learning new security technologies, self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a Level 2 Domain Expert: Provide expertise in incident triage and root cause analysis for Identity and Access Management (IAM) security tools, ensuring effective resolution of security incidents.
* Optimize Operational Processes: Design and refine operational processes to improve the efficiency and workflow of support teams and technical products.
* Mentorship and Development: Guide and support the growth of junior team members, encouraging internal expertise and professional development within the team.
* Maintain Technical Documentation: Ensure comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training materials are up-to-date and accessible as needed.
* Identify and implement Service Improvement Opportunities: Analyze metrics to identify and prioritize opportunities for service enhancements that drive operational excellence.
