The Enterprise Product Security team focuses on embedding security solutions into our products and responding to vulnerabilities in those products as they are discovered.

As a key member of the team and Product Security Enablement Lead you will be responsible for the enablement of the product security strategy across the Global Technology Product Operating Model.

This work will ensure that Product Lines can successfully assess and model security threats, define controls designed to mitigate those threats, and deliver control to manage complex technology solutions.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration


* Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks


* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes


* Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency


* Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies


* Expand and Improve Strategy, Governance and Communication - including work intake/prioritization processes and business reviews to manage technology security strategy, platform, and customer engagement approaches
