* Delivering top-tier wound care with skill and compassion


* Observing and assessing wounds and pressure sores like a pro


* Promptly notifying physicians of any changes or concerns


* Ensuring treatment plans include all the right tools—think special mattresses, nutritional supplements, and more


* Supporting residents with dignity and respect in every interaction


* Collaborating with the care team to update and execute treatment-related care plans


* Keeping documentation clear, accurate, and timely

✅ What You'll Need to Bring:


* 1+ year of nursing experience in Texas (preferred)


* A current nursing license and CPR/BLS certification
