What do you get to do in this position?

The overall objective of the role is to support the Total Rewards function in the Mexico and Central America territory about the compensation & benefits policies.

On a more granular level, day to day activities look like this:


* Support the design of the compensation and benefits solutions.


* Work on external benchmarks and design of frameworks for internal rewards to keep us competitive in the market.


* Partners with Rewards Solutions to deliver rewards policies that address business needs.


* Develop and deploy the communication strategy of benefits for the territory.


* Participate in compensation and benefit projects in Mexico and CAM as well as on a NAM and global scale.


* Partners with operations to ensure seamless execution of compensation & benefit plans throughout the year.


* Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities related to compensation and benefits.


* Analyze data as needed to perform simple to complex task based on goals within projects and day to day tasks.


* Support and analyze, health and welfare programs for improvement.
