Project Business Finance Controller

We're looking for a Senior Controller to support our Projects & Services Business Finance in Sweden.

In this role, you'll manage a project portfolio and drive financial performance across orders, sales, and gross margin-ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.

What you'll do


* Business Partnering: Support project tendering and execution teams with financial insights, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.


* Reporting & Analysis: Deliver monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Track project KPIs and ensure accurate cost allocation.


* Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to internal policies, IFRS15, and audit requirements.

Support project reviews and financial transparency.


* Finance Transformation: Contribute to process improvements, automation, and digitalization within the One Finance community.

Essential for the role


* Proven experience in project and service controlling preferred.


* Strong analytical and communication skills.


* Proactive, structured, and commercially minded.


* Comfortable in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.


* Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
