Customer Development Manager

This position reports into Group Customer Development Manager and is based at Thailand.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities


* Execute approved plan and manage supporting budget to deliver sales target


* Understand customer's business and direction to grow long term business


* Managing customer negotiations in relation to Kenvue commercial strategy and the customer trading terms


* Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions


* Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales

What We Are Looking For

Required:


* Good strategic thinking and well-planned in executions


* Good analytical skills, supervisory, leadership and good team player


* Strong knowledge in Sales Performance Management system on In-Store Missions, Customer Management, Category Management skill


* Good command of English
