Redwood Cove Healthcare Center in Ukiah is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our compassionate and skilled team.

We have PM shift opportunities available from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team


* Assist in developing and implementing care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies


* Supervise CNAs and other support staff to maintain quality resident care
