Job Description and Responsibilities

EVRAZ North America is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Pueblo, Colorado.

This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes that are integral to our company's growth and success.

Collaborating closely with finance managers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure our financial strategies align with organizational goals.



* Support Pueblo and ENA management teams with implementation of EVRAZ Business System initiative in Pueblo, developing a close working relationship with other EBS team members and operations teams and driving financial analysis requirements within the initiative


* Utilize problem solving, analytical and organizational skills to understand the business and finance processes at the Company


* Prepare and report ad-hoc analysis to support business improvement ideas generated via EBS


* Cooperatively work within the Pueblo EBS, operations, accounting and FP&A teams and other teams including Sales, Treasury, HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the EVRAZ North America management team


* Support preparation of periodic EBS initiative updates and report out materials


* Support Manager FP&A with EPBCS setup and rules, forecast/budget process management, system and file maintenance, report development, and reporting


* Assist with special projects on an as needed basis

Requirements


* BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance


* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


* Sound experience with database systems is desirable


* Experience with Oracle Financial Systems and Hyperion EPBCS is a plus


* Must be a self-starter with initiative to work independently


* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills


* Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Results driven, able to meet tight deadlines


* Pro-active spirit and good communication skills, team orientated, collaborative working style


* Ability to function in a fast pace environment with changing deadlines and priorities.

Ability to multi-task


* Experience in manufacturing is desirable

Annual Salary: $59,000 - $67,500 USD

Open & Closing Dates: 4/1/2025 – 5/1/2025
