This role allows you to make a lasting impact on the future growth of our Family Care & Professional business.

Shape the innovation strategy for trademarked brands, including Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, and WypAll®, across all categories and products.

You’ll have the opportunity to spearhead strategic initiatives in collaboration with R&D leadership, cross-functional teams such as Marketing, and product developers dedicated to specific brands and categories.

You’ll harness both internal and external opportunities to align consumer insights with cutting-edge products and technologies.

While, driving a robust innovation pipeline for the next three-plus years through strategic investments in global reapplications and partnerships.

In this role, you will:


* Develop product, process, packaging innovation strategies for Family Care & Professional R&D


* Lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and strategy development.


* Collaborate with R&D leadership and product developers to align on brand and category-specific goals.


* Identify and leverage internal and external opportunities to enhance the innovation pipeline.
