The Role: Product Engineer Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION:



* Assist in optimizing production processes and workflow from planning till execution



* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency



* Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities



* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives



* Gain hands-on experience in production planning, execution & material management



* Assist in workforce management by smart tool development

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited universities, either nationwide or overseas, with a strong academic standing (preferably GPA >= 7.5 or equivalent).

- Major in Industrial System Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field

- Fluent in oral and written English skills

- Knowledge of Schneider products, Manufacturing processes and goals

- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Visual Studio C# or related software is a plus

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic work environment

- Available for a 6-month internship starting in June 2025.
