What do you get to do in this position?


* Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing / production processes across a broad scope including for example some basic maintenance processes.


* Strong contributor to continuous improvement


* Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses.


* Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes.

Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.


* Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards.


* Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance).


* Strong contributor to continuous improvement

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:


* Microsoft Office


* Autocad


* 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment


* Lean Manufacturing knowledge.


* Root Cause Analysis Tools


* Core Tools knowledge.


* Knowledge of spot welding


* Interpretation of drawings for reading specifications


* Knowledge of machinery (milling machines, presses, drill presses)


* Knowledge of performing preventive and corrective maintenance
